Phoenix
Area Desert Preserves
The Phoenix area features many
desert park preserves that provide great and convenient access to natural
desert landscapes. Many of the parks are large enough to give the sense
of escaping civilization even though you may be still in the city.
Others are on the outskirts of the city and bordering national forests
where you truly have escaped civilization.
Mouse
over the green areas and click to learn more about each of the preserves
and recreation areas.
