DESCRIPTION:Our speaker will be Bill Peachey\, a self-described “Saguarodero.”  Bill has talked to us several times about his work with Saguaros.  In this presentation\, entitled “Things About Saguaros That Your Mother Would Not Tell You\,” he will present a variety of observations about the saguaro life history drawn from his years of observing these iconic elements of our Sonoran Desert landscape.  These “bits-and pieces” of saguaro lore\, gathered from 27 years of investigations\, should enrich both those less experienced with the Sonoran Desert as well as those who have long been “saguaro savants”!

It’s possible to park in the main lot shown and walk to the building but much nicer to drive the whole way.
