SUMMARY:Piestewa Nature Hike
DESCRIPTION:Join us in a hike in the Piestewa mountain preserve! We’ll be hiking the Phoenix Mountain Nature Trail 304 which is a 1.5 mile hike rated as moderate. Meet at the Piestewa Peak Trails parking lot at 7:30AM. We will begin with a short presentation on plant heat adaptions and plant pollinators. Please be sure to bring plenty of water! \nThose wishing for a more difficult hike are welcome to break off from the main group and tackle the Freedom Trail and / or the Piestewa Peak Summit Trail. \nThis event is open to members and non-members.
