Tucson January Chapter Meeting – Ecological Gardening and Landscaping in Arizona, presented by Jared McKinley and Katy Gierlach

Gardening with native plants is a win-win endeavor.  There are hundreds of attractive native species from which to choose.  They are beautiful, drought-tolerant, and provide habitat for native insects and other organisms.  Jared and Katy will facilitate a discussion about a different sort of horticulture–one that doesn’t center the plants and how they look but rather views plants as part of a larger ecology.
