Description | Skullcap is distributed through Arizona in roughly three disjunct groupings. There are plants in the Sky Islands along the border, in the mountains northeast of Phoenix, and around the Kaibab plateau. In general this species likes moist canyon bottoms and partial shade making it a good planting for a partially shaded basin. |
